Understanding the building regulations
The serious business of building regulations is a time consuming necessity when it comes to new builds. Here at Alexander Project Management we understand that you might not have the time or the expertise to manage them. We are able to ensure that your project is up-to-date and legal in terms of rules and regulations.
That's why we offer both safety advice and planning at not only the build stage but also the design stage. This is so that you can be absolutely certain that your project isn't going to hit any legal bumps in the road as things progress.
All construction projects must by law adhere to Construction Design and Management Regulations 2007 (CDM). They all require an appointed CDM Coordinator. We can assist you in appointing a CDM Coordinator and in the daily management of your project.
We can help you by ensuring that your legal responsibilities are up-to-date. We also ensure that health and safety rules are adhered to at every stage of a new build which you are facilitating.
We understand that you are already busy and that extra paperwork and worry is not what you need. We're pleased to be able to remove that extra pressure from your workload.
