We are at last able to feel settled and comfortable in our new home in St Albans and on reflection wish to thank you for the fine job you did in playing the major role in the construction of the house. Undertaking a project such as this presented many challenges and we appreciated the understanding way you were able to help us through them.

The fact that you were always available at the end of a telephone proved invaluable especially in the many decisions needed when tradesmen were on site. Your regular visits to monitor and advise enabled coordination and quality to be maintained throughout the project. Keeping control of cost was made easy by your up front approach and regular itemised accounts. We appreciated that nothing was hidden as so often happens in building work.

The majority of tradesmen and sub contractors that you assigned to the various stages of construction proved to be very good with a high standard of workmanship, Alan Sayer was excellent in both creating the inglenook fireplace, the finished brickwork and his responsible approach to ensuring that all was kept in order on the site, Many remarks were made as to the tidiness and order on such a tight site.

We are delighted with the house and on looking back feel that the finished home and the journey to accomplish was a worthwhile undertaking made much lighter by your contribution, We would be very happy to recommend you to anyone undertaking the construction of a new house.
